Complete enrollment forms

Important enrollment information
Parents should be prepared to schedule a tour, complete all enrollment paperwork, and provide immunization and health records, if required. Please share any allergies, medical conditions, medications, or special care instructions. We ask all families to review and sign the Parent Handbook and Child Care Agreement. We encourage you to ask any questions about our policies, daily schedule, tuition, or program during this time. We are open Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM to support working families and maintain open communication about your child’s day.
